TransWarp Toys offers a 30-day return policy on unopened items, still in their original sealed packaging. If you would like to initiate a return, please have your order number ready and reach out to us on our contact page.

TransWarp Toys is not able to accept returns on opened items. If there is a defect present with the item itself, we request you reach out to the manufacturer.  Manufacturer information can be provided upon request.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Pre-order items are able to be cancelled at any time prior to the item arriving in stock, without penalty, and a refund will be issued. To cancel a pre-order item, please have your order number ready and reach out to us on our contact page.

IN-STOCK ITEMS

Unfortunately, in-stock items that are preparing for shipment can not guarantee cancellation. If you need to cancel an item prior to it being shipped, please have your order number ready and reach out to us on our contact page. Please be advised that cancelling an in-stock item will result in a 10% restocking fee.

Please note that excessive order cancellation may result in a ban on your account.
